What It Is

 

The Esther Experience is a 2-week, high-impact transformation program designed for teen girls who are ready to elevate in confidence, identity, leadership, and presence.Through a blend of etiquette training, public speaking, faith-based reflection, and real-life leadership development, girls are guided through a journey of becoming—inside and out.​

 

Who It’s For This experience is for teen girls who are:​

• Sisterhood Circles & Group Activities

 

• Leadership & Communication Workshops

 

• Guided Journaling & Personal Growth Activities
