What It Is
The Esther Experience™ is a 2-week, high-impact transformation program designed for teen girls who are ready to elevate in confidence, identity, leadership, and presence.Through a blend of etiquette training, public speaking, faith-based reflection, and real-life leadership development, girls are guided through a journey of becoming—inside and out.

Crowned Conversations is a structured, interactive empowerment experience under Daughters of Esther Inc., designed to help girls develop confidence, communication skills, and leadership through real, guided conversations.It creates a safe, sisterhood-centered space where girls can openly express themselves, explore who they are, and build the confidence to use their voice in everyday life.

Pages to Stages is a dynamic summer enrichment program where children bring stories to life through reading, performance, and public speaking.
Students will:
- Strengthen reading comprehension
- Build confidence in speaking and performing
- Develop communication and expression skills
- Showcase their learning in a final performance.
This program blends literacy and confidence-building to help children grow academically while having fun.

The Voice and Resistance Project is a dynamic writing workshop where kids and teens learn to express themselves with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Through guided prompts and creative activities, participants will develop their voice, strengthen their writing skills, and discover the power of their words.
This interactive writing workshop helps students build essential writing and communication skills while developing confidence in their voice.
Participants will explore creative expression, structured writing techniques, and public speaking in a supportive, engaging environment.
